💰 Refund Policy (UAE)
1. Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds are available for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
2. Refund Process:
Contact our support at rifatmdiu467.ey@gmail.com with order details and photos of the item.
Once we confirm your request, we will guide you to return the item.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned product.
3. Non-Refundable Items:
Items that are used, opened, or not in original condition.
Items purchased during final clearance or flash sales (unless defective).
4. Replacement Option:
If you prefer, we can offer a replacement item instead of a refund (subject to availability).
5. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or wrong items sent.
